The high-stakes Pot Limit Omaha action in Cyprus has concluded with one final trophy. China’s Quan Zhou outlasted a compact but elite field in Event #15: $25,500 PLO Bounty, adding another major title to his resume to cap off an impressive series at the Onyx High Roller Series.
With a $25,500 buy-in where half the prize pool went to bounties, the format encouraged furious action from the start. The 12 entries generated a total prize pool of $288,000 ($144,000 regular + $144,000 in bounties), meaning every knockout was worth a massive $12,000 cash injection.
In the end, it was Zhou who navigated the aggression best, defeating Biao Ding heads-up to claim the $66,500 top prize plus a significant haul in bounties.

Consistency is Key: Zhou & Garcia Deep Again
This victory was the cherry on top of a spectacular week for Quan Zhou. Just days before lifting this trophy, he made a deep run in the massive $25k PLO Main Event, ultimately falling in 10th place for $94,000 just short of the final table that was eventually won by Nino Pansier for $1.125M.
But Zhou wasn’t the only familiar face on the podium. Finishing in 3rd place was none other than Cesar Garcia. The Spanish pro proved his earlier victory was no fluke, adding another podium finish to go along with his title in the record-breaking $50k PLO Grand Slam.
