In the $1,600 Pot-Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty, Crouch didn’t just win the tournament. He also pulled the top $50,000 bounty on his way to the title. When the dust settled, he booked $91,775 from the regular prize pool and $58,500 in bounties for a total of $150,275. Not bad for a guy whose previous best live cash was barely over five figures.
The event drew 526 entries, which is huge for a live PLO bounty. With bounties in play, ranges loosen, weird showdowns appear, and stacks disappear fast. Crouch navigated all of that, then still had gas left in the tank to close out the final table.

Ezra Abugazal’s 99-to-1 Comeback in the $1,100 PLO Turbo
If Chase Crouch had the dream bounty day, Ezra Abugazal had the “never give up” Turbo story.
In the $1,100 Pot-Limit Omaha Turbo, Abugazal was almost dead. At one point heads up, he was reportedly down 99-to-1 in chips. In most Turbos, that’s game over. You sign the slip, shake hands, and complain about your luck in the hallway.
Instead, Abugazal clawed all the way back. Pot by pot, flip by flip, he rebuilt his stack and flipped the script. When it was over, he was holding the Wynn Championship trophy and $44,622, with Ruben Correia forced to settle for second place.
Turbo PLO is wild. Shallow stacks. Compressed SPR. A lot of “welp, we’re in there now” moments. To win from that far behind, you need two things:

The final PLO crown of the night went to someone who’s been around the high-stakes ecosystem for a long time.
Jonathan Borenstein took down the $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event, topping a 121-entry field packed with strong players. Heads up, he defeated Chris Costa, a well-known PLO specialist who somehow balances high-level poker with a career as a plastic surgeon.
Borenstein locked up $90,837 for the win. Costa took $57,543 for second.
The payout sheet reads like a “who’s who” of people you do not want on your left in any tournament. J.C. Tran made the final table. Brevin Andreadis was there too. And Erik Seidel just missed the final, busting in 10th place.
